In close cooperation with the party’s professional legal advisors CONFIDE experts will report and testify on contractual, time and quantum issues, in multiple spoken languages and before any kind of panel or tribunal agreed under the respective contract.
CONFIDE experts are also available as technical DISPUTE REVIEWER, as DISPUTE ADJUDICATOR and for any other form of DISPUTE RESOLVER services, proposed and mutually appointed by the contractual parties, generally in accordance with agreed contractual provisions and procedural rules.
Further, CONFIDE experts can be chosen as any kind of INDEPENDENT EXPERTS, e.g. for evaluation and assessment of disputes/ dispute related circumstances, for ad-hoc audits and for due diligence, appointed either mutually or independently by any party or to be nominated by procuring authorities.
