Klaus Kogler has extensive experience in multidisciplinary and international project management concerning energy efficiency measures and renewable energies, MEP plus related design works and cluster development in innovative building engineering.
He has significantly worked on energy efficiency measures in new construction, existing buildings and industry complexes as well as in the related infrastructure. Klaus holds international experience in building certification according to LEED, Estidama, GSAS, BREEAM, sustainability consulting, development and review of sustainability building certification schemes.
Furthermore he owns substantial knowledge in utility analysis, cost-benefit studies and risk assessment of projects and technologies in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energies and chemical manufacturing and is familiar in RTD Services, innovation management, business/innovation financing on national as well as international level. He has deep working knowledge in procurement support, tender preparation and evaluation of large scale solar thermal / solar cooling installations, whole MEP design coordination incl. IT infrastructure, CCTV and BMS.
